Lia Cosmetics Returns Policy
We only accept returns for online orders.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team, who will assist you with the return process. Lia Cosmetics adheres to a strict no-paper policy to reduce waste, so shipments do not include a return slip inside the box.
Domestic Returns (Within Your Country)

International Returns
International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must coordinate with their local postal service.

We recommend using standard shipping with a tracking number for safety. Lia Cosmetics is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds

Refunds are only applicable within 15 working days of receiving your order.

Products must be returned unopened and in perfect condition.

Once approved by our Quality Check team, a refund will be issued to your original payment method and a confirmation will be emailed to you.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are not offered on sale items.

Opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund.

Please allow your financial institution additional time to reflect the refund on your bank statement.
⚠️ For health and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for silicone products or haircare items. Please make your purchasing decision accordingly.
Exchanges
Lia Cosmetics does not offer direct exchanges online.
If you would like to exchange a product, please email us and we will work with you to arrange a solution. Note: Exchanges are not valid if the product or parcel has been opened.
Frequent Returns
